How does it work?
- Our first session will begin with a consultation, we will take a weigh in, measurements and set an initial goal
- You will be given all your training materials, workout plans, meal plans, home workout material, recipe books.
- We will then begin the process by starting with exercise, learning the basics and implementing them into your training routine
- There will be a weekly weigh in to monitor your progress and a fortnightly evaluation of your goals
- We will then take monthly measurements to see the physical changes to your body.
