"In June 2016 myself and my sister in-law decided we were going to do something to lose weight. We came across Michael's Fitness classes, so we thought we'd give the class a go before we committed ourselves to a weight loss group. On the 9th June 2016 I done my first fitness class with Michael and loved it, it was super tough and really pushed me to my limits but I loved it. Joining these classes was the best decision I've ever made. 2 months later and I feel fantastic, with nearly 2 stone off and down 2 dress sizes! I have so much energy now, I sleep much better and my fitness is at a level I never thought was possible to achieve. My view on food has completely changed. Michael is so good at what he does, he is a fantastic trainer and he is great at encouraging you to do better and I cant recommend him enough!
