Terms & Conditions
- All weekly appointments must be paid for on the first session,
- 48 hours notice prior to the cancellation of an appointment MUST be provided, the reason is, I am giving my time on these sessions and If i have adequate notice I can offer that slot to another client who may be waiting for a session. If it is a few hours before the appointment the client will be less likely available.
- There is no guarantee on results, it depends on the commitment you give to following the meal plans and exercise.
- Bodycoach has the right to refuse a client booking
- Bodycoach cannot guarantee a booking unless made in advance (Many clients train and book months in advance to confirm their slots)
- All clients and staff are required to be respectful at all times
- A sweat towel is required for every training session and please wipe down the equipment when required
- Vouchers cannot be refunded
