Bodycoach is a personal trainer that runs small group personal training, one on one personal trainers and fitness classes where you can apply personal targets for any goals you wish to achieve with fitness or weight loss , then work with your fitness coach to achieve them. On the first session we will assess your requirements, fitness and strength levels, provide you with your own training materials which will be permanently available to you online or on your smartphone, we will also set weekly goals for you to achieve so you can have a road map for when you should aspire to reach your goals.
