How it works...
When you sign up to your own personal online weightloss program you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire so I can see what your personal requirements and goals are. From here you will create a password to your personal app and you will enter your measurements, weight and take some beginner photos (which only you can access) to determine your starting point. You will then access your workout schedule and Weekly Calorie Calendar. These will be available to you 24/7 anywhere in the world from your phone or computer. Your schedule will have your own personal workout plan with exercises, along with tutorial videos to ensure you can perform the exercises correctly. While you follow your training schedule you will quickly see progress in your strength and weightloss.
