I'm going to give you one of my biggest weight loss tips for free, right now because, well I'm the best! So many online trainers out there try and charge for this shit because they want to dupe you, but well I'm the best out there and I want you to succeed! 

If you're like me, you enjoy the little things in life. A bottle of wine, a filthy burger, after pub pizza. Unfortunately for me and you, these little delicious bastards add-on weight when you're out trying to enjoy your life and tend to fuck up everyone's impression of how easy it can be to lose the body fat.

But it doesn't have to be that way!



I'm going to give you my single biggest tip for losing weight while staying on track and not have to become a salad eating hermit in the process. Many people in the know, rely on apps like "my fitness pal" to track their daily calorie consumption to help them lose the stubborn body-chub, and they are great! Shit, I use it myself if I want to shift a few pounds, it's easy, fast, and there is probably nothing better out there that will cover most bases, but there is one little problemo! 


My fitness pal tracks your calories on a daily basis, and this is simply dragging you by the scruff of the neck to failure. Why? Well, you can be really on top of your calories, Monday to Thursday, and then BAM! Friday comes along, talk of a few after work drinkies get thrown around the office. You wake up Saturday morning, meeting some friends for lunch, and a few glasses of the vino, drinks that evening out on the town. Sunday a Chinese to help take the edge off the impending doom you feel of going back to work Monday. Monday morning, back on the scales and FUCK, you've lost piss-all but your sanity for another week.


How about this, when you're tracking calories, track them per week, not per day. If I have a limit of 2000 calories per day to lose 2 pounds a week (made up example) I multiply that times 7, so for the week I need 14000 calories to lose those two pounds. That means if your calorie intake goes to shit Friday to Sunday when you wake up Monday, you'll see how many calories you have left to play with until the next Friday, so while you're not out giving yourself liver disease, you can pull it all back to stay under your deficit overall for the week and shit, you weight in Friday before you go out again, and you're down two pounds! 


As a personal trainer, I have been doing this with my clients for years, and they always get results when they know how to reign it in, so yeah you can lose weight and still enjoy life.

Yesterday I read a post by the strongest man in the world, Mr Eddie Hall on Instagram, claiming that orange juice from a carton is a better option for anyone trying to lose weight over coffee as a breakfast drink. Then on top of that this guy, who hats off to him has done a lot more training than me in his life, fucking says he's working with some UK DNA company (which has absolutely nothing to do with nutrition) to provide us with this useless, false information.


His claim was, caffeine in your coffee breaks down an enzyme in your mouth and gut called amylase which manages the breakdown of starchy carbs...
Talk about missing the fucking point of weight loss, sorry he didn't miss it, he's fucking going around it because the basic principles of weight loss go against what he is selling!
What a wanker!

A Coffee in the morning with breakfast = 5 calories
A small glass of orange juice = 90 calories
To lose weight, consume fewer calories, done be worrying about enzymes!
This is just another fine example of how someone in the fitness industry is easily turned by the promise of a few quid, to sell out the truth and provide their followers with absolute bollox to sell them something.

This DNA company is just jumping on the exploitation bandwagon that is the weight loss/fitness industry. Using peoples ignorance and/or desperation to convince them their product or service will be their answer for the weight loss they have wanted since they went one big mac too far!
Fuck and I really liked Eddie Hall for what he has achieved, but fuck him, now he's just another sellout dickhead!
